What is the minimum amount I need to be able to use FINISLE?
To be able to use FINISLE, you need to have at least 1.000,00 USDT (one thousand USDT) in your account balance.
How does it work?
FINISLE works in a straightforward way. First, you need to create an account, which takes only a couple of minutes. After that, you submit all required details on our platform under the “My Account” option in the menu. Once this is completed, your account is ready for your first deposit, which can be made through the “Wallet” option in the menu. Deposits can be made in a wide range of cryptocurrencies. After the deposit is completed, the deposited crypto is automatically exchanged into USDT, which is used as the main collateral balance on our platform.
Once your account is successfully funded, you are ready to request your fiat loan via the “Get Fiat” option in the menu, under the “Draft” section. After filling in the details of your request, you can review all documentation related to your loan, which may be useful for your bank in case supporting documents are required for the payment received in your bank account.
You can then submit your request, which is usually processed within 24 hours. You will receive a notification with the final decision regarding your request. If approved, your loan will already have been sent to your account and should arrive within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your bank’s processing times.
How long does it take to make a deposit?
A deposit can be completed within a few minutes. Your balance is usually updated within 10 minutes after the deposit is sent, although lower transaction fees may extend the processing time. In some cases, the balance update can take up to 30 minutes. If your balance is not updated after this period, we recommend contacting us so we can check the status of your deposit.
How long does it take to receive money in my bank account?
All requests are usually processed within 24 hours after submission. The funds should arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank’s and any intermediary bank’s processing times.
Can I withdraw my deposit from my account?
Yes, of course. You may withdraw your unused collateral at any time. However, please note that if you make a deposit and do not use the actual service of our platform, meaning you do not take out a loan, a fee will be charged upon withdrawal, since FINISLE is not a crypto wallet or exchange platform. Withdrawals of unused collateral can only be made in USDT (TRC20).
What documentation will I get with my loan?
You will receive full loan agreement documentation for your loan, which is accessible after your request is approved on our platform. This document can be provided to your bank in case supporting documentation is required for the incoming payment. The documentation does not contain any information regarding the crypto-based collateral, therefore it is bank-friendly even for banks that do not support crypto-related transactions. The payment you receive is a fiat loan, not a crypto exchange transaction.
For what reason do I get documentation, and where can I use it?
The loan is provided to you through official channels. The documentation can be used as proof that you received your funds in a safe, verified, and legitimate way. The loan agreement may be used as evidence of the source of funds for your bank, tax authorities, or other institutions.
How can I repay my loan?
The loan can be repaid quite easily. In your account, under the “Get Fiat” option, you will find a list of your loan activity at the bottom of the page. By clicking on the “Repay Loan” option, the relevant bank details will be displayed. After sending the repayment and confirming it on the platform, your repayment will be checked. If it is verified within 7 days after you confirm it, your collateral blocked by the loan will be returned to your account.
What about fees?
Our services are subject to a single fee, although the percentage may vary depending on the specific scenario. The higher the volume, the lower the fee we can offer. If you work with smaller amounts but are a loyal client who has already taken out multiple loans, we may also offer you preferential rates.
